Our client is seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic team that manages developing and operating their payment platform. They process millions of payments every day through credit card networks, acquiring banks or alternative methods of payment providers (e.g., PayPal) and provide a complete ecosystem of payment solutions. You will contribute to the design, development, and modernization of systems that process corporate actions, income events, entitlements, and client reporting across multiple markets. Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the implementation of the test strategy, and reviews test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity.
- Ensures traceability of tests with specifications
- Ensures production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents.
- Building relations & Knowledge sharing
- Contributes actively to the PDA community or any other relevant community which is related to current position such as Maintenance one.
- Contributes to the R&D cultural transformation (capture organizational needs, influence onboarding process, define/deliver training programs)
- Coaches / mentors team members on product definition skills, drives the culture change towards professionalization.
- Provides guidance/direction/training and mentor less experienced product definition analysts, QA, Engineers, and software development engineers.
- Actively participates in the construction/maintenance/application of the on-boarding of new colleagues.
- Provides consultancy to users in detailed functionalities.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as excellent listening skills, to serve as lead conduit between software development engineers, architects, product definition analysts, QA Engineers and with external and internal customers
- Supports software development engineers by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, providing training on new products.
- Tracks all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, contributes to customer relationship management, challenges costs and dates
- Shares advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools, and architecture concepts.
- Shares product knowledge and ensures mutual understanding of the business.
- Participates actively in team and ART events.
- Supports team and ART stakeholders by leading, preparing, and participating in team and ART ceremonies: Agile forums, Team meetings, Solution assessments, Contributes to product promotion.
- Supports the product features definition (scoping) and contributes to RFP/RFI for the product.
- Shares content for product documentation, sales tools, and collateral.
- Gives presentations, demos and familiarization sessions to customers and customer-facing teams.
- Participates in the preparation of key events, guaranteeing the success of product launch and follow up.
Required Qualifications:
- Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Payment. Provides expert guidance, promotes innovation, and formally trains groups of less experienced professionals.
- Works on dual roles of demonstrating both product management and solutioning expertise.
- Has a broad understanding of the environment and uses it to improve efficiency, recommends solutions/best practices and influences the strategy of the department.
- Translates the strategy of the activity into a concrete action plan for the area, setting and monitoring targets for the team.
- Works independently, based on management directions. May coordinate functional teams or projects and serve as a best practices/quality resource.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Demonstrates excellence & establish standards on product definition activities: specifications, solution
- Design, finding solutions to complex problems.
- Consolidates and articulates business needs and identified possible improvements into new product, concepts or upgrades
- Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems
- Supports Pre-Sales teams, participates in Business Requirement Matrix (BRM) assessment
- Supports Solution Definition Managers on cross-area solution design for complex scenario (including architecture proposal for new products) by being the functional entry point for a given area
- Creates and implements internal and/or external customer feedback mechanisms
- Solves business problems through a clear methodology including appropriate documentation.
- For complex/cross-functional solutions, leads and/or reviews sizing for their area.
- Reviews proposed specifications for complex solutions.
- Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions

- Ensures processes are followed: state of requirement, Project Change Proposal (PCP) process, High-Level Architecture design, R&D project follow up from requirements to production.
- Continuous Improvement
- Makes recommendations on how to revamp documentation, to make it complete and accurate.Recommends process improvements for specs, docs, solution design, proactive maintenance, etc.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The base pay rate for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 USD.
This pay rate represents mthree's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree client, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
