Senior Construction Project Manager $80,000 - $90,000 per year + incentive The role oversees building restoration, insurance property recovery, structural repair, and reconstruction projects from initial scope definition through final delivery. This senior field role sits atop emergency insurance mitigation (fire, water, mold)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Oversight: Managing full-cycle reconstruction, design integration, scheduling/tracking, and trade coordination. 

• Financial Stewardship: Controlling job budgets, overseeing cost-to-complete forecasting, and handling change orders to secure project profitability.

• Stakeholder Management: Leading team alignment, managing subcontractors/carrier partners, maintaining a high-level service approach to property owners and facilitating construction services.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Experience: Construction Management/Supervision, combined with 5 years or more of progressive, restoration or construction experience.

• Preferred Experience: An Associate or Bachelor's Degree.  If no college degree, a high school diploma.

• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of how to create and follow a written project schedule and manage budget guidelines. 

• Preferred Certifications: IICRC certifications

THE JOB 

• Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades

• Interact and communicate with customers frequently on status of the project

• Create work orders for projects

• Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed

• Manage all on-site trade work

• Order materials

• Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimator

• Provide weekly updates on all projects in project management platforms

• Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
