What You Do: As a Flooring Sales Project Manager, you assist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project. The Sales Project Manager will be a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors and the accounting department. This role will also build their own book of business and sell flooring products.

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Sales Experience: Understanding of sales processes and some Commission Based sales (1-2 years)
• Product Knowledge: Flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP :Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM
• Project Management: 1-2 years Construction Management. Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong Communication: Professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources
• Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and proactive
• Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
