Join our product-led organization and help shape how Vestas' customers interact with and manage their digital self-service solutions. If you enjoy designing intuitive, scalable experiences in a complex B2B environment and want your work to help move the green energy transition forward, this is an opportunity.

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to work on customer-facing self-service tools within Vestas' digital ecosystem, specifically within Customer Service Management. You will be part of Digital Commercial & Customer Engagement in Digital Solutions, and a member of the Product Experience & Enablement Chapter. In this role, you will be embedded in a cross-functional product team, working in an environment where collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning are central to how we operate.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and efficient customer service experiences for both external customers and internal users while working closely with your product trio, your Product Manager and Lead Engineer, to deliver solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
  • Translate user insights, data, and requirements into clear, actionable design outcomes for complex, business-critical digital solutions in a B2B context
  • Build, maintain, and quality assure UI components in Figma, contributing to consistency and quality across products by applying shared design principles and component libraries
  • Ensure that design efforts align with Customer Service Management product goals and measurable outcomes in our product-led way of working

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UX Researcher, or in a similar role
  • Experience working with developing SaaS or complex B2B solutions
  • Proficient in Figma, including creating and maintaining components
  • Experience working in trio setups together with Product Managers and Engineers
  • Working with product metrics, behavioral data, and tools such as Amplitude
  • Working with the OKR framework to align design efforts with product goals
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Additional information

This is a hybrid position based in Porto, Portugal and requires up to 20 travel days per year. Applicants must be authorized to work in Portugal. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
