Primary Responsibilities

Your role as a Service Project Manager will include, but not be limited to, the following core program management functions:

Process Governance and Optimization

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of simplified project costing and estimation processes and procedures.
  • Manage and enhance project workflow efficiency and resource allocation across assigned markets.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project documentation and estimating templates.
  • Support competitive analysis and ongoing updates to product pricing to ensure project profitability and accuracy.
  • Assist in the procurement and approval processes for new product vendors (vendor vetting).

Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track project throughput and volume by individual contributor and by market.
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, including Form-O.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and provide visibility into project performance and pipeline activity for stakeholders.

Team Development and Stakeholder Leadership

  • Conduct bi-weekly structured training sessions for team members on project costing practices.
  • Provide focused mentoring and guidance across the Las Vegas and Reno project delivery markets.
  • Oversee project priorities and workflow, acting as a dotted-line leader for project resources.
  • Serve as a key resource in preparation for assuming full Lead Estimating/Program Management responsibilities within 6–12 months.

Strategic Project Management Support

  • Provide specialized costing and estimation support for designated Large Projects.
  • Conduct critical review and approval processes for major project estimates.
  • Support training initiatives specifically designed for complex or high-value project engagements.

Leadership Expectations (Future Lead Role) - 

Upon transition to the Lead Estimator/Program Manager role, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving consistency and accuracy in project costing and estimation across all regions.
  • Ensuring project throughput meets defined operational capacity and revenue objectives.
  • Coaching and developing project talent within the estimating team.
  • Maintaining accountability for project costing KPIs and service growth initiatives.
