Full description

Airis Labs transforms user generated content into actionable field intelligence for government agencies worldwide.

Our platform empowers frontline analysts with multi modal AI tools that extract clarity from chaos enabling rapid insight across fragmented, unstructured media.

Airis was founded by experienced startup operators and is backed by world class investors.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our product team, bridging deep intelligence domain expertise with an AI native product mindset. You will shape how advanced AI capabilities and complex intelligence workflows translate into seamless, mission critical applications used by operators in high-stakes environments.

This role centers on two core pillars: bringing a rigorous understanding of intelligence investigation tradecraft, and acting as a native AI ninja who rapidly prototypes, evaluates, and embeds cutting edge AI into real-world operational workflows.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Own Intelligence Workflows: Shape the roadmap from discovery to production rollout, ensuring core applications align precisely with intelligence investigation methodologies, analytical needs, and operational constraints.
  • Rapid AI-Native Delivery: Act as a hands-on AI builder who rapidly prototypes, tests, and iterates using cutting-edge AI tools to translate complex models into fast, low-friction user experiences.
  • Collaborative Execution: Align engineering, design, product, and frontline teams to deliver high-impact workflows that drive real-world mission success
  • Conduct User Research & Feedback Loops: Continuously engage with intelligence analysts to refine application usability, reduce cognitive load, and ensure measurable operational impact.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Deep Intelligence Domain Expertise: Proven background and thorough understanding of intelligence investigations, all-source analysis, or defense/national security operations.
  • AI-Native Product Mindset: Hands-on experience using modern AI tools for prototyping, prompt engineering, and building data intensive or multimodal AI products.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, specifically building complex enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or workflow-heavy AI products.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern web architectures, ML concepts, model lifecycles, and production trade offs.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Strong Plus

  • Experience with video intelligence, computer vision, Speech-to-Text (STT), NLP, or multimodal systems.
  • Experience with data visualization, collaboration tools, or workflow automation platforms tailored for defense or intelligence.
  • Technical background in software engineering, data science, or human-computer interaction (HCI).
