Overview: Play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, well-executed, and aligned to business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define business problems, scope, and success metrics
  • Gather and document clear, testable requirements
  • Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions
  • Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders
  • Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint collaboration
  • Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality delivery
  • Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–10 years Business Analysis experience in financial services
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in digital or transformation programmes
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence
  • Data analysis skills (e.g. SQL) are an advantage

Additional Information:

  • Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
  • Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
  • Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
