Key responsibilities
Should have handled green field industrial projects
Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ure project specifications are met and deadlines are achieved
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control
Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment
Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Ahmedabad
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs throughout the construction process
