About the Position:
Serves as project manager by overseeing all aspects of the planning and execution of client patient adherence and medical education projects. Ensures projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Essential Functions:

- Communicate with clients and customer leadership on assigned programs and projects; maintenance of client relationships essential
- Responsible to build and take action on implementation strategies for initiatives, projects, and programs consistent with client strategy
- Summarize and communicate client action items and issues to the internal team
- Manage program-related communications for educators, clients, and customer leadership
- Develop and continuously update project schedules and track progress and contingencies; responsible to drive assigned projects forward
- Prepare and lead internal and external status meetings and updates across a variety of vehicles (live, web conference, telephonic, etc.)
- Conduct data analysis and quality assurance against strategic imperatives
- Create, implement, and deploy efficiencies in processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring their effectiveness
- Cross functional leadership and collaboration on projects
- Execute with attention to detail, recognizing and leading change and issue management
- Manage to standards with a focus on risk management and quality
- Direct vendor and partner relationships, content creation and approval, and data analysis and reporting

Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Life sciences and/or nurse network management experience
Required License and/or credential(s):
- PMP preferred
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office required
- Account management and client service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
- Detail oriented, analytical and highly accurate with strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to differentiate between executional priorities, scopes of services and contract implications of various projects and workstreams
- Ability to conceptualize projects from beginning to end, comprehend both the big picture and the details needed to accomplish desired results; manage ambiguity
- Ability to proactively identify potential issues, risks and implementation concerns and recommend solutions
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple stakeholders and functional areas (internal and external)
- Critical thinking and problem solving

- Some travel required
Working Conditions:
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
