Business Analyst – Data Engineering | 8–12 Years

  • 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data-focused BA.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.
  • Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts – ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, data modelling.
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Snowflake or similar.
  • Experience in data profiling, data quality, reconciliation and validation.
  • Knowledge of Python/PySpark is an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau and analytical reporting.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with Airflow, cloud data platforms, APIs and data integration.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI data use cases.

Ideal Profile:
