Full description
Mold
1. At least 12 years working experience in shoe molding.
2. Handle the sample mold development and production molds. Resolve all tech issues in the extreme size and full size mold opening process, ensure the molds finished on time with good quility and best timeline.
3. Familiare with all soles gauge, blueprint creating, 2D/3D checking, mold construction, wooden model confirmaion, tech specification, shoe last confirming, full size grading, mold price and material character, etc..
4. Create the SOP, simplified the procedure to get the better quality and lower price.
5. Skillful use MS, CADKEY, RHINO...
6. Detail oriented, keeps track of projects.
7. Communicates well with all team members including USA side R&D and factories.
8. Self-starter to get things done.
9. Possesses a sense of responsibility and ownership.
10. Manages multiple projects and multi-tasks well.
11. Good English on writing, reading, speaking and listening.
