The role of Engineering Project Manager is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering projects from development to production launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
  • Act as the main engineering contact for customers and lead technical discussions.
  • Ensure product designs meet manufacturing, quality, timing and cost requirements.
  • Support technical decision-making and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Manage project timing, budget, resources and engineering changes.
  • Oversee tooling development, prototype builds, validation activities and launch support.

Requirements:

  • Univesrity degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in project management within automotive or another manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent English required, German is an advantage.
