Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director – Print & Pack, the Product Manager – Autura Cloud Platform will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Autura global B2B cloud platform. This role will drive high-impact, customer-centric solutions through agile practices, continuous delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
This position is part of the Product Management team, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with Autura's SaaS and platform strategy, ensuring tight connection to customer value and business goals
- Lead development of cloud-native software in close partnership with engineering, key accounts, and sales — from discovery through launch and scale
- Embed AI and agentic AI capabilities into the platform, identifying opportunities for LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, and agent-driven workflows that create customer value
- Drive data-driven decisions using product analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to guide prioritization and investment
- Run experimentation (A/B testing, MVPs, prototypes) to validate hypotheses, de-risk bets, and scale what works
- Own backlog, prioritization, and delivery in an agile / continuous delivery model, ensuring predictable execution and fast feedback loops
- Align cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, customer success) and influence outcomes across the organization, including senior stakeholders
- Engage directly with customers to capture needs, validate solutions, and translate insights into product opportunities
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software / SaaS product management, ideally with B2B platforms at scale
- Solid understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data, AI, and agentic AI platforms and strategies
- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered product features, or AI-assisted automation in a product context
- Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices
- Experience with price testing, pricing models, UX, and CX optimization
- Knowledge of color science or adjacent domains (printing, coatings, textiles)
- Exposure to platform/ecosystem strategies (developer APIs, partner integrations, marketplace models)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
