Specialist Technical Writer

We're looking for a Technical Writer who thrives on clarity, consistency, and quality. Bring your DITA XML expertise and help deliver world-class technical documentation.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Create, edit, and

maintain high-quality technical documentation using DITA XML (concepts, tasks, references, and maps).

• Develop

modular, reusable, and structured content following DITA best practices.

• Enforce

terminology consistency and information architecture standards.

• Perform

substantive editing, copyediting, and proofreading of technical content.

• Maintain

documentation accuracy across releases and product versions.

• Apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency

while maintaining editorial accuracy and human oversight.

• Contribute to

defining best practices for AI usage in technical documentation workflows.

• Use

Python to automate documentation-related tasks such as: Content validation, and quality checks.

• Collaborate with tools and engineering teams to integrate

automation into documentation pipelines.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 3-5 years of

experience as a technical writer

• Strong hands-on

experience with DITA XML and structured authoring

• Proven

editorial expertise, including editing for clarity, grammar , style, and consistency

• Experience

working with CMS and documentation tools

• Basic to

intermediate Python skills for scripting and automation

• Working

knowledge of AI tools applied to technical documentation orcontent workflows

• Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

• Strong

attention to detail and quality.
