Technical Documentation Specialist (with Cloud Infrastructure and Incident Management Experience)
We are seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Technical Documentation Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation, along with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS). Additionally, they should be familiar with version control systems like Git and have experience in Incident Management processes.
Key Responsibilities• Documentation:
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cloud Infrastructure:
- Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS) to document infrastructure setups, configurations, and best practices
- Assist in documenting cloud-based solutions and deployments
- Version Control (Git):
- Use Git for version control to manage and maintain documentation repositories
- Perform Git push and pull operations to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team
Required Skills
- Proven experience in technical documentation, with a focus on IT infrastructure or cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Proficiency in using Git for version control (push, pull, branching, and merging).
- Familiarity with Incident Management processes and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in GCP, Azure, or AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Experience with ITIL or other Incident Management frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
