The Podcast team at Spotify is responsible for building the best tools for podcast creators. We build the platforms, tools, and features that deliver a great creator experience, allowing podcasters to host (for free!), create, and distribute their episodes, while making money from their art and growing and engaging with their audience.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our creator growth and onboarding team in Podcast R&D. This role is critical to shaping the future of how creators first experience Spotify and understand the value of our platform when it comes to their craft.

What You'll Do
• Drive a clear product vision and roadmap for how the creator top-of-funnel and onboarding experience reinforces the importance of Spotify as a platform for creators
• Collaborate with design & engineering partners to write detailed requirements and break down complex deliverables into manageable, sequenced scope
• Partner with marketing to activate creators and build education around the value of Spotify into the core of our product – across onboarding, experimentation, and our marketing channels (including Wrapped for Creators!)
• Partner with insights to understand creator needs, and iterate continuously to improve creator satisfaction and engagement with the product
• Prioritize across diverse customer profiles to ensure all creators can easily understand why they should invest in their Spotify audience and the right next step to take
• Lead horizontal product experiences that span teams and surfaces, maintaining a holistic view of how creators move through their lifecycle on Spotify
• Build relationships with teams across Spotify in order to effectively advocate for support for creators’ needs
• Communicate strategic context at the right level for different stakeholder groups, making sure each audience understands the why behind decisions that were made
Who You Are
• 2+ years of product management experience
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of delivering impact for end users
• Excellent communication with stakeholders in written & verbal form
• Passionate about creators succeeding & finding their home on Spotify
• Experience with growth and onboarding products and/or working with CRM teams and marketing technology a plus
Where You'll Be
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, it can be within the North America region in which we have a work location.
- This team collaborates across the Eastern time zone
\nThe United States base range for this position is $119,424.00 - 170,606.00, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
