About you:
You’re passionate about helping teams build and run secure cloud environments. You enjoy solving complex security challenges, working closely with others, and finding practical ways to reduce risk without slowing innovation. You’re confident working across cloud platforms and can explain technical concepts in a clear, straightforward way. You’re equally comfortable improving cloud security processes, investigating vulnerabilities, and supporting teams to adopt secure ways of working.
Day-to-day, you will:
Design and implement security controls across cloud environments, helping us maintain a strong security posture across Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Monitor cloud infrastructure for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and compliance issues, and support teams with remediation activities. Integrate security tools and controls into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, supporting secure cloud development practices. Partner with cloud engineering, DevOps and development teams to improve security standards, respond to incidents and drive continuous improvement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools such as Prisma Cloud or similar platforms. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. Knowledge of container and Kubernetes security, cloud-native architectures and DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, compliance standards and data protection regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
