Job Description

Salesforce Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an IT Strategist / Project Manager to help drive planning and execution

across our Salesforce environment. This is not a hands-on configuration role; more  

about leading projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track using

structured agile methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of projects within or touching the Salesforce org
  • Operate within an Agile framework, supporting sprint-based or iterative delivery as needed
  • Coordinate across business stakeholders, admins/developers, and leadership to keep priorities aligned
  • Translate business goals into structured project plans and roadmaps
  • Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers for the delivery team
  • Report on status and outcomes to leadership

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels

Nice to Have

  • Scrum Master or SAFe certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.)
  • Prior experience working alongside a Salesforce admin/dev team
  • PMP or similar project management certification
