Fincantieri Marine Group is hiring for an SAP Business Analyst Intern at our Green Bay, Wisconsin location.

Position Summary
The SAP Business Analyst Intern will support HRIS operations and projects involving SAP and Workday. This position will work with HR, IT, and HRIS stakeholders to support system functionality, data accuracy, and HR technology initiatives.
Domestic travel may be required.
Essential Functions
- Assist with SAP and Workday HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues and analyzing and validating HR data
- Support system testing, reporting, and maintaining accurate HRIS data and system information
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT by gathering business requirements, communicating system needs, and supporting HRIS enhancements
- Collaborate with HRIS, HR, IT stakeholders, and vendors on system projects and process-related initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
- Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
- Must adhere to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG and have high values for safety awareness
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent and enrolled in a university or college with a goal of achieving a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
