Full description

Vestmark's Client Delivery organization is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team, part of the Vestmark PMO. Our PMO blends Agile and traditional methodologies to plan, coordinate, and oversee client-facing product and tool rollouts from kickoff through go-live — managing scope, timeline, risk, and resource allocation while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned. In this role, you will lead rollouts of new Vestmark products and capabilities to advisor and network-partner clients, drive cross-functional readiness (Engineering, Products, QA, Advisory Consultants, Production Support), and build the reporting and templates that keep leadership and the broader team informed. You will work closely with Client Delivery leadership, Product, and client-facing teams to ensure every engagement starts with clear ownership, defined acceptance criteria, and transparent, consistent reporting.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate end-to-end rollouts of new Vestmark products and tools to clients — from internal kickoff and Product Readiness review, through Client Buy-In and training, to Internal Readiness and go-live — ensuring no workstream falls through the cracks.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Go/No-Go checklists; report regular project status (e.g., "On Track," "At Risk," "Behind Schedule") to stakeholders and Client Delivery leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and drive accountability across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Products, QA, Advisory Consultants, Client Delivery, Production Support), including running or contributing to recurring stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards (e.g., pipeline/AUM tracking, rollout status) to give leadership clear, timely visibility into project health and risk.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO templates, playbooks, and best practices (e.g., rollout templates, issue/blocker trackers, post-launch review templates) to standardize how the team delivers projects.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal product education sessions (e.g., Product Spotlights) to stay current on the Vestmark product roadmap and represent Client Delivery's perspective.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Client Delivery leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4+ years of project management experience; experience in financial services, wealth management, or SaaS technology environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with traditional project management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder groups with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting status and driving discussion with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred.
  • Self-starter who can build structure and process where none exists, and proactively identify, escalate and help plan mitigation of risks.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our core values: We Before Me, Positive Energy, Knowledge Explorer, and Own It.
