Your Team Responsibilities
Our team is responsible for ensuring the complete upload of client portfolios into MSCI's proprietary Risk Management products, generating reconciliation and quality assurance reports after each upload and checking the data for correctness, and responding to client queries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI-powered workflows using large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, and related technologies.
- Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions.
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Perform testing and validation of AI workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and accuracy.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, client solutions, project support, or a related role.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience creating documentation, process maps, or procedural guides.
