About Lattica
Lattica’s mission is to turn prediction markets into the largest asset class on Earth and, along the way, make traders an ungodly amount of money. Our initial product is the first scalable yet safe decentralized lending and leverage platform for prediction markets.
The Role
We are hiring a Product Designer to build Lattica into the most beautiful piece of software ever invented. Elite vibes, yet accessible to everyone. In this role, you'll work directly with the founders and have the autonomy you need to make this a reality. We're here to support you, not micromanage.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious person to get in at the absolute ground floor, directly shape the future of a novel financial system, get all of the early-stage experience you’ll ever need, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.
What You’ll Do
- Own Lattica’s desktop and mobile UI/UX.
- Use Lattica A LOT.
- Talk to traders regularly, and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
- Uncompromisingly demand perfection from the engineering team.
- Stay close to both fields you're working across: what's happening in prediction markets, and how the best trading and financial interfaces are being built.
Who You Are
Lattica’s culture is one of moving fast, taking risks, and thinking outside the box. As such, you would be a good fit for this role if:
- You obsess over the little things.
- Talking to users fills you with joy.
- You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
- You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.
- Plus if you can ship some frontend code in a pinch.
- Major plus if you live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).
Benefits
- Healthcare
- Unlimited PTO
- 401k retirement plan
- Book budget
- Software budget
