Job Description

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software for enterprise device-security solutions.
  • Build automation tools that improve engineering and testing processes.
  • Analyze telemetry data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support integrations with Azure, AWS, and other cloud services.
  • Develop proofs of concept for emerging customer security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot software defects and assist with root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud, UX, and product teams.
  • Document technical designs, test results, and recommendations.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
  • Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future.

Required Skills

  • Programming experience with at least one language such as Python, C#, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of software development and testing principles.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and software automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in an Agile engineering environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or enterprise device management.
  • Experience with APIs, cloud-service integration, or telemetry systems.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development or analytics.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for technical products.

The pay range for this position is $35 to $40 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
