Full description

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting activities for the Rolling Stock business.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to drive cost efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and corporate financial policies.
  • Support financial planning, capital budgeting, risk assessment, and financial modeling for business planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor daily financial performance, review and approve financial transactions, and support expense planning processes.

Education/Skills/Knowledge:

  • Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar
  • English language
  • Office, ERP for manufacturing processes
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze business performance, and assess financial risks.
  • Experience developing financial models, scenario analysis, and performance projections.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to management.
