Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential areas for improvement. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical issues. - Participate in the development and refinement of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
