We are seeking a Product Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories in Columbia, Maryland.

Job Summary:

Support the Labmatrix Product team by facilitating Agile practices and translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Collaborate with the Product Owner and Development teams to improve workflows, maintain documentation, and support successful product delivery.  

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments, minimize external distractions, and track sprint progress, team velocity, and other Agile metrics
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and process flows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows by leveraging AI agents and emerging technologies
  • Maintain functional specifications, user guides, release notes, and other product documentation
  • Support user acceptance testing planning and execution, including test-case development and defect tracking

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry is a bonus
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $50,600.00 - $126,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
