Client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager: Systems Engineering & Support to lead systems engineering, IT support, and infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead systems engineering, IT support, and infrastructure operations.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and incident management.
- Drive system improvements, security, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the technical support team.
