About the role

The Project Manager will maintain and improve the diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database while tracking key performance indicators for responsible sourcing. They will also coordinate supplier audits, support ESG reporting, and facilitate internal committee preparations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Maintain an accurate, reliable diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database and KPI’s

  • Maintain and continuously improve the supply chain database including all due diligence related information.
  • Prepare and follow-up on a regular basis the diamonds and coloured gemstones Responsible Sourcing key performance indicators - KPI’s
  • Participate in the definition of new Responsible Sourcing KPI’s
  • Engage in the different data digitalisation initiatives of the department
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality

 

Coordinate supplier naturality and traceability audits and follow-ups

  • In collaboration with the expert and the Maisons, prepare the audit campaigns
  • Follow-up with Maisons and ensure audit plan execution
  • Provide and formalize regular status update and escalate if needed

 

Participate in the animation of Group Diamonds & Coloured gemstones community

  • Support the Head of Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury in the preparation of the different Committees and internal and external working groups
  • Preparation of minute meetings

 

Other transversal related tasks

  • Contribute to the Group ESG reporting
  • Collaborate with the team responsible for emission factors related topics

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or Sustainability related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Procurement or within the Sustainability area with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics
  • An experience in the field of the precious materials is a plus

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Integrity, Discretion & Confidentiality
  • Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in French and English
  • Data oriented Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Power Bi
  • SAP Knowledge is a plus
