About This Job

Executes recurring data pulls, dashboard maintenance, and QA for the Marketing Data & Analytics team. This is an execution and accuracy role — the Jr. Analyst is not yet expected to generate independent insight, but is expected to produce clean, trustworthy data on a reliable cadence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront) on a defined schedule
  • Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting
  • Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before they reach senior analysts or stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc data requests from the broader marketing team
  • Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity
  • Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively rather than waiting to be asked

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1-2 yrs experience
  • Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Exposure to at least one of: GA4, Salesforce (CRM or Marketing Cloud), or a comparable marketing platform
  • Strong written and spoken English — this role interfaces with US stakeholders in writing daily
  • High attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, precision-dependent work

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL fundamentals
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar work-management tools

  • Data accuracy rate on delivered reports
  • On-time delivery against recurring reporting cadence
  • Response time on ad hoc requests
