- Lead and oversee business analysis activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality delivery through team members.
- Own and enforce the quality, consistency, and completeness of business analysis deliverables across all projects.
- Define, standardize, and enforce Business Analysis methodologies, templates, and governance practices across the organization.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Business Analysts, including performance management, capability development, and resource allocation across projects.
- Provide direction and oversight to Senior Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with defined standards and delivery expectations.
- Act as the escalation point for complex business analysis challenges, cross-project conflicts, and stakeholder misalignment.
- Define and manage prioritization of Business Analysis efforts across multiple projects in alignment with business and delivery leadership.
- Maintain a balance between strategic oversight and selective hands-on involvement in critical initiatives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to understand business needs and define strategic solutions.
- Represent the Business Analysis function in client engagements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system implementations.
- Ensure visibility on requirements-related risks and dependencies, coordinating with Project/Delivery Managers for overall delivery alignment.
- Provide domain expertise and solution support during pre-sales, proposals, and client discussions when required.
- Drive continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices and recommend innovative approaches to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong experience in fintech, banking, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
