**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Overview:

Position Title: Project Manager / Deputy Program Manager

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements. (Secret or higher preferred.)

Location: Scott AFB, IL / Alternative Work Site

(Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.)

Summary:

C3EL is seeking a Project Manager to support day-to-day execution of a DoD telecommunications transition program. The Project Manager will coordinate personnel, workloads, schedules, transition activities, customer requirements, and technical support while assisting the Program Manager in maintaining contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities and assigned project personnel.
  • Coordinate inventory, ordering, engineering, customer support, and transition activities.
  • Track schedules, actions, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, customers, telecommunications providers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor workload and assist with allocation of personnel to transition priorities.
  • Support quality assurance and review of technical and administrative deliverables.
  • Prepare and support program reviews, status reports, meeting documentation, and presentations.
  • Perform Program Manager responsibilities when delegated

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing DoD/Federal IT, telecommunications, network, or technical services programs.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and multiple concurrent work activities.
  • Experience with project schedules, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, customer coordination, and quality management.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
