Job Description

We are looking for a talented (Senior Salesforce Administrator) to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator manages all assigned aspects of the Salesforce environment at Sectigo. This position is responsible for guiding the ongoing development, improving processes, promoting adoption of the platform, and performing the execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This individual primarily focuses on a list of assigned regions, as well as interacting with and supports users globally besides collaborating with other Salesforce administrators on the team. This individual works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for the sales, marketing, and support departments. This role is a part administrator and heavily supports users on CPQ from assisting with quote creation and working with product management to set up price books/product bundles/approval flows.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment and provide day-to-day end-user support for 300+ Salesforce users.
  • Maintain and support CPQ, collaborating with sales leaders, product, legal, and finance teams.
  • Assist with rolling out CPQ to other sales divisions of the company.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Improve process around cases for support department to ensure appropriate inputs available for correct routing to agents and essential metadata captured for metrics reporting.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Jira, Jitterbit, etc.).
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and track problems appropriately.
  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed, maintain data security and integrity.
  • Create and customize standard and custom objects, fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, sharing rules, and validation rules.
  • Build framework for user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and user adoption.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Leverage expertise to collaborate on best practices/standards supporting platform adoption and the full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support).
  • Document current and future state processes and develop functional specifications.
  • Promote data integrity, data governance, and compliance. Performs special assignments as requested by departments.
  • Assist with building test plans and scenarios to support QA/ UAT efforts.
  • Perform data loads and data quality reviews. Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader.
  • Ability to develop and maintain SFDC Visual Force pages, Apex classes, triggers & lightning components a plus.
  • Develop end-user training documentation and provide user training for new releases.
  • Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

More information about this role:

  • This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week.
  • This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Salesforce.
  • The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 12,50,000 and INR 13,50,000

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred

Experience:

  • Salesforce Admin and CPQ specialist certificates are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator/developer.

Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training, and managing dashboards.
  • Strong experience with CPQ covering implementation, maintenance of price books, products, and quote/order form templates, and providing training and support for sales teams in building quotes.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality for Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to customize and configure Salesforce Communities to meet business requirements, including branding, page layouts, and user permissions, is a plus.
  • Experience with Cases and understanding of their workflows and accessibility rules.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent planning, organization, attention to detail and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and sales processes on experience.
  • Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
