About the Job
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the seamless execution of a wide variety of marketing projects, from strategic planning and creative development through final delivery and media campaign launch.
You'll manage complex timelines, resources, budgets, and workflows while keeping a close eye on the unique needs of creative production. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll also work closely with our Creative and Media Directors to optimize workflows, coordinate resources, and keep teams moving in the same direction.
Your day-to-day will include everything from kicking off new projects and coordinating teams to tracking budgets and making sure deadlines don't slip. You'll be the glue that holds projects together, ensuring everyone-from designers and media strategists to account teams and clients-is on the same page.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own projects from kickoff through delivery, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Keep projects moving by tracking progress, managing priorities, and proactively addressing risks, roadblocks, and shifting deadlines.
- Partner with Account, Creative, and Media teams to coordinate resources and ensure workloads are balanced.
- Manage creative workflows across design, copy, photography, video, digital, and other marketing deliverables.
- Keep teams and stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documented next steps.
- Use Asana to manage timelines, tasks, dependencies, and team workloads.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of project management experience in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment.
- Experience managing creative projects and a strong understanding of agency workflows and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach-you spot potential problems and take action to keep work moving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, account, media, and client teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Asana is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with destination marketing is a plus.
- Ability to align working hours with U.S. time zones, ideally Central or Eastern.
