Position Description:

The Senior Platform Lead & Delivery Manager is a player-coach role at the center of an integrated enterprise platform team spanning ServiceNow, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and Power Platform. Equal parts technical architect and delivery manager, this leader owns the full delivery lifecycle from intake and sprint execution to cross-platform solution design and release oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Delivery Management: Own the intake funnel from request to deployment. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Triage new work, size development efforts, and dynamically assign tasks across the team to prevent bottlenecks and sustain delivery velocity.
  • Cross-Platform Architecture: Design scalable, integrated solutions that span ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Serve as the final authority on which platform best addresses a given business need - avoiding over-engineering or redundant tooling.
  • Fit-Gap Governance: Lead mandatory Fit-Gap analyses to ensure out-of-the-box (OOTB) platform functionality is fully evaluated before custom development is scoped or approved.
  • Quality & Release Oversight: Own code quality standards and release management processes to ensure zero service degradation across enterprise systems during deployments and upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Delivery Manager capacity for an enterprise development team.
  • Demonstrated architectural knowledge across the ServiceNow platform, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, and Power Platform ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery cycles, Kanban boards, and intake triage for multi-developer teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
