Full description
The student, as part of the DMR AI DSS team under the guidance of an assigned
mentor, will undertake projects working on Machine Learning/Deep Learning and Data Analytics projects related to backend.
Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Data Analysis: Perform statistical and exploratory data analysis.
- Project Involvement: Be involved in other backend data and analytics projects.
- Model Development: Build data analysis and machine learning models for predictive analysis, image classification, Gen AI, and other tasks.
- Technical Growth: Learn and employ new techniques and tools to support ML projects.Internship learning outcomes:
- Backend Process Understanding: Understand the main steps of Back-end Assembly Packaging process, Back-end Final Test production procedures, and the subsequent data post-processing.
- Machine Learning Application: Learn the concept and application of machine learning for Back-end Assembly/Final-test.
- Statistical & AI Methods: Gain knowledge of the concept and application of statistical methods and ML techniques, including Gen AI for back-end use cases.
- Professional Development: Strengthen collaboration and communication skills by working with stakeholders in a real production environment.
Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Educational Background: On track to attain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or Analytics.
- Programming & ML Skills: Know-how in machine learning and programming languages preferred: R, Python.
- Learning Mindset: Motivated to learn and pick up new knowledge/skills.
- Preferred-Intake: Jan 2027 - May 2027, able to commit a minimum of 5 months.
