We're hiring for a skilled IT Business Analyst who will work closely with our clients' business teams and technical stakeholders. In this role, you'll analyze business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and help deliver technology solutions that create real value.
What you'll do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and goals
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout delivery
- Support system testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Create documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Minimum 3 experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.)
