About the role

You will co-design and evolve the delivery operating model by harmonizing scaled agile and plan-driven methodologies across the organization. Additionally, you will lead workstreams to define delivery processes and facilitate structural workshops to ensure the model is effectively adopted.

What they look for

Operating model design PMO Transformation Scaled agile Product-centric delivery Plan-driven delivery Stakeholder management Facilitation Change management Systems thinking Dependency management Capacity planning Jira Confluence Process design

Requirements

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in operating model design, PMO, or transformation within complex tech organizations. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of designing structural change and implementing it successfully through stakeholder engagement.

Full description

Do you want to help build one coherent way for a global technology organization to deliver, bringing scaled product-centric ways of working and more structured, plan-driven delivery together into a single system, rather than running them as separate worlds? Are you as comfortable designing that system as you are getting it adopted in the room with the people who'll actually use it?

We are hiring a Manager, Delivery Enablement to help shape and evolve how Pandora's D&T organization delivers. D&T spans the full range of technology that keeps Pandora running: from customer-facing platforms to manufacturing systems, ERP, logistics and operations, security, covering build, run, and operate across all of it. This role does not carry people-management responsibility. Your impact comes through the quality of what you build and how well it lands across the organization.

You'll join Delivery Enablement, a team combining operating-model design and implementation, coaching, and delivery tooling capability. It's built to make D&T faster, clearer, and more coherent at scale. Delivery Enablement sits within Delivery Excellence, alongside the Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and Project and Program Managers.

Your Role

You will help harmonize and evolve how scaled agile delivery and more structured, plan-driven delivery work together, building on what already exists across D&T rather than replacing it, closing gaps only where they cause real friction. This is as much about leading change as it is about designing structure. You will also advise on structuring new or reshaping delivery entities (product lines, programs, organizational changes, or other setups) as they take shape, and help teams and entities build the capability to adopt the model as it evolves.

You will work closely with the wider delivery community, as well as product, engineering, and leadership more broadly, to facilitate structural workshops, build the case for change, and make sure what gets designed is something people actually want to use, not just a document on a shelf.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-design and evolve how scaled agile and structured, plan-driven delivery work together, harmonizing and building on existing practice rather than replacing it
  • Advise on structuring new or reshaping delivery entities (product lines, programs, organizational changes, or other setups) as they take shape
  • Lead workstreams that define new or improved delivery processes (for example dependency management or capacity planning) from design through to rollout
  • Support onboarding and capability-building for teams and entities adopting the model, working alongside the team's wider coaching capability
  • Facilitate structural workshops and working sessions with the wider delivery community to shape and pressure-test the model
  • Help translate high-level decisions about how delivery is prioritized, funded, resourced, and executed into practical structures and standards teams can use
  • Contribute to keeping the model coherent as it evolves, spotting where new structures overlap or conflict with what already exists
  • Provide point-in-time advisory support where operating-model gaps are most costly
  • Document how the operating model works and how it evolves over time
  • Build strong relationships across the wider delivery community and leadership to ensure what gets built is genuinely adopted

What Is Needed to Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in operating model design, PMO, or transformation roles within large, complex tech organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working across both scaled/product-centric agile delivery and more structured, plan-driven delivery, able to design for both, not just translate between them
  • Track record of both designing structural change and seeing it through to real implementation and adoption, not design handed off for others to execute
  • Ideally a mix of hands-on delivery experience and consulting or advisory experience, but real, first-hand delivery experience matters more than advisory polish alone
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and narrative-building skills across senior and operational levels
  • Comfortable leading through organizational change: helping people, not just structures, adapt as delivery models shift
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own analysis, design, and documentation work
  • Working understanding of how delivery tooling (e.g. Jira/Confluence, or equivalent) underpins an operating model, enough to design frameworks that translate into practice, not to configure the tooling yourself
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: building on foundations already in motion, while still shaping significant parts of the model from scratch
  • Systems thinking: able to see cross-domain and cross-entity dependencies, not just local fixes
  • Pragmatic bias toward incremental, adoptable change over comprehensive upfront design
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are an advantage
