The UX Designer – Learning Content is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and learner-centric digital learning experiences. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, media teams, developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces, interactive learning journeys, and visually appealing digital content that enhances learner engagement and usability.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Design user-centric learning experiences for web and mobile learning platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interface designs for digital learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and media teams to enhance learner engagement.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve learning experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in design standards, accessibility, and responsive design practices.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs.
  • Optimize learner journeys and interaction design for better usability and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, learning technologies, and design tools.
  • Maintain design documentation, style guides, and reusable design assets
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of eLearning platforms and digital learning environments is preferred.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of experience
