Roles and responsibilities
- Design user-centric learning experiences for web and mobile learning platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interface designs for digital learning solutions.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and media teams to enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve learning experiences.
- Ensure consistency in design standards, accessibility, and responsive design practices.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs.
- Optimize learner journeys and interaction design for better usability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, learning technologies, and design tools.
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and reusable design assets
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of eLearning platforms and digital learning environments is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience
