Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software initiatives and cross-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management expertise, proven customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements from planning through successful delivery.

This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional who can work effectively across customers, engineering teams, product stakeholders, and internal business functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software projects and technical programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer-facing projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, tracking, and timely completion.
• Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, implementation, operations, and other stakeholder groups.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level reporting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure expectations, requirements, and delivery commitments remain aligned.
• Use project management tools and methodologies to improve visibility, collaboration, accountability, and delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement across project processes, delivery frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery constraints.
• Ensure effective documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8 years in technical program or project management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects or complex cross-functional technology programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing both customer-facing and internal technology programs, beyond delivery execution alone.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements in customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of software development and enterprise technology delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration platforms, including Atlassian tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with multiple priorities.
