End-to-end management of multidisciplinary development projects integrating electronics, mechanics, and optics — from concept and requirements through design, integration, testing, and delivery. Full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects (electronics, mechanics, optics, software, integration).
- Build and manage work plans: WBS, schedules, budget, and risk management.
- Manage engineering teams and coordinate customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Define system requirements and support system engineering processes.
- Oversee design reviews (PDR/CDR) and technical analyses.
- Lead integration, validation, and verification (V&V).
- Manage ECO, configuration control, and ation.
- Support NPI and transition to production.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering (M.Sc. advantage).
- Proven experience managing complex technological projects.
- Strong understanding of electro‑optical‑mechanical systems.
- Experience with customers, subcontractors, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- High-level technical English.
