Full description

End-to-end management of multidisciplinary development projects integrating electronics, mechanics, and optics — from concept and requirements through design, integration, testing, and delivery. Full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects (electronics, mechanics, optics, software, integration).
  • Build and manage work plans: WBS, schedules, budget, and risk management.
  • Manage engineering teams and coordinate customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Define system requirements and support system engineering processes.
  • Oversee design reviews (PDR/CDR) and technical analyses.
  • Lead integration, validation, and verification (V&V).
  • Manage ECO, configuration control, and ation.
  • Support NPI and transition to production.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering (M.Sc. advantage).
  • Proven experience managing complex technological projects.
  • Strong understanding of electro‑optical‑mechanical systems.
  • Experience with customers, subcontractors, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
  • High-level technical English.
