You'll be the primary delivery point of contact for customers, work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Solutions teams, and make sure every engagement lands on scope, on schedule, and with measurable value.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
How you'll make an impact:

- Translate customer requirements into clear project plans, work breakdowns, and technical tasks for cross-functional teams
- Manage technical workstreams including data ingestion and migration, system integrations (APIs, GIS and enterprise systems), configuration, UAT, and deployment
- Support pre-sales and scoping: contribute to effort estimates, SOWs, and change requests, and keep delivery within contracted scope
- Track and report project health (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies) using JIRA and PS tooling; escalate early and propose options
- Coordinate with globally distributed delivery teams across US, India, and UK time zones
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion
- Contribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and process improvements that shorten time-to-value
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in technical project or program management, with at least 5 years delivering customer-facing implementations
- Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS professional services delivering for enterprise clients
- Proven track record managing several projects at once with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Solid technical foundation: comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs and integrations, data migration, and the SDLC; able to engage credibly with engineers and customer IT teams
- Working command of Agile and Waterfall delivery; hands-on with JIRA and standard PM tools
- Experience with scoping, estimation, SOWs, and change management
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS platforms
- Experience with utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure customers
- Exposure to geospatial/GIS data, remote sensing, or AI/ML-driven products
- PMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent certification

- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles
- 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after two months of employment to prepare for your future. Currently, no company match is offered
- Parental Leave: Supportive parental leave with 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers
- Generous Vacation Policy: Accrue 20 vacation days per year, plus enjoy an additional flex holiday to celebrate whatever feels most important to you
- Winter Break: From December 25th through January 1st, we give everyone time off to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends!
