Job description
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd is seeking a Semiconductor Business Analyst to leverage data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance within the semiconductor industry.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the global semiconductor industry, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats. * Analyze complex business data, including sales figures, production costs, supply chain metrics, and financial performance, to generate actionable insights and recommendations. * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and investment decisions. * Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product development, to understand business needs and provide data-driven support. * Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance against strategic objectives. * Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the semiconductor business operations. * Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes impacting the semiconductor industry.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on the semiconductor industry. * Proven experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis in the semiconductor sector. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling techniques. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
