Note: Candidates should have hands-on project exposure to AI, not just AI-related keywords on the resume.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with AI experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and data/AI teams. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and technical documentation skills, along with practical exposure to AI/ML projects, GenAI, or AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support AI/ML and GenAI initiatives by documenting use cases, requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, or AI-enabled applications/projects.
  • Good understanding of APIs, databases, data flows, and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with SQL and basic data analysis.
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, NLP, or AI automation.

Exposure to Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools. Experience working with product or engineering teams.
