Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager to be part of a bid to support a major FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project. This role will be responsible for providing engineering leadership, technical coordination, planning, and execution support throughout the bid development phase, ensuring the proposed engineering solution is technically robust, commercially competitive, and aligned with client requirements.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-discipline engineering team in the preparation of engineering deliverables, execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and technical inputs required for a large-scale offshore FPSO development. The role requires significant experience in the delivery of offshore oil and gas projects, particularly FPSO facilities, from concept and FEED through EPC/EPCI execution and offshore commissioning.
