Benefits
Full description
Family building is personal, and the software behind it should feel that way too. As our Product Manager, you’ll shape the digital experience for patients and employees, with a focus on Prelude Connect and Practice Edge. You’ll turn real feedback into clear priorities, prototype leveraging AI and work with engineering to ship features people actually notice, and keep everything secure and compliant along the way. If you like owning a product from first idea through launch to results, this may be a good fit.
What you'll do:
- Work with the Director of Product to set the vision and build the Prelude Connect roadmap, then get leadership on board with it
- Keep the team on track against the roadmap and adjust when priorities change
- Run quarterly internal focus groups and set up a steady way to hear from patients, including through Medallia
- Turn feedback and market research into clear user stories and acceptance criteria the dev team can build from
- Partner with development, design, central services, operations, and QA to triage bugs, standardize processes, and support training
- Plan and lead releases that hit deadlines and quality standards, and explain what changed to staff, stakeholders, and users
- Keep the product aligned with healthcare regulations and security standards, and spot and manage risks across the product lifecycle
- Use AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate faster
- Support integrations to meet milestone due dates
What you'll bring, required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare experience and at least 2-5 years of experience
- Experience launching products and managing the full development lifecycle, including long-term product strategy
- A strong background in agile development
- A track record of taking projects from idea to launch to measurable outcomes, on a predictable cadence and with stakeholders from many disciplines
- Experience leading focus groups, gathering user feedback, and guiding change management to improve the user experience
- Ability to travel 5-10%
Preferred
- Degree in computer science or a related field
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience in an agile scrum environment
