✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Leading multiple supply chain and logistics projects, ensuring delivery milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating with operational, engineering, customer, finance, and commercial teams to successfully implement new customer solutions and business improvements.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues before they impact project delivery.
- Engaging with customers and key stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting warehouse transformations, process improvements, automation initiatives, network changes, and operational start-ups across the supply chain.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, driving engagement, managing change, and ensuring successful business benefit realisation.

- Previous experience in Supply Chain Project Management is essential, with a proven track record of delivering complex logistics or operational projects - Essential
- Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP- Essential
- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience delivering operational change, continuous improvement, automation, warehouse solutions, or customer implementations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
