  • Design secure API integrations connecting ServiceNow with enterprise, clinical, and operational systems while preserving existing systems of record.
  • Design ServiceNow Integration Hub spokes and integration patterns that support complex operational environments.
  • Develop architecture approaches for mobile and disconnected operations, including transaction queuing, synchronization, and data reconciliation.
  • Establish engineering standards and provide technical guidance to automation and data integration engineers.
  • Review production releases for alignment with approved architecture, integration standards, and operational requirements.
  • Identify and address technical dependencies involving platform access, licensing, security, and system interoperability.
  • Develop practical alternatives when platform limitations or technical constraints affect implementation.
  • Lead customer interface approval activities and represent the engineering team in architecture and security review boards.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional solutions architecture experience, including enterprise API design.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Compliance with applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Integration.
  • Experience supporting Platform One or DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) environments.
  • Experience with healthcare system integrations, including HL7 or FHIR standards.
