Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Digital Asset team and support the onboarding and lifecycle management of institutional clients. This role will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, and external clients to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new relationships across digital asset trading, custody, financing, and related products.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that combines the rigor of traditional financial markets with the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. Experience supporting futures, derivatives, or prime brokerage onboarding is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, corporates, family offices, and other financial institutions.
  • Manage client onboarding workflows from initial engagement through account activation and trading readiness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and documentation requests.
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate status updates for internal stakeholders.

KYC, AML & Compliance Coordination

  • Collect and review client documentation required for KYC, AML, sanctions screening, tax verification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to facilitate customer due diligence reviews and approvals.
  • Assist clients in resolving onboarding deficiencies and documentation gaps.
  • Ensure all onboarding records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Operational & Product Enablement

  • Coordinate account setup across trading, custody, settlement, financing, and reporting platforms.
  • Work with Operations and Technology teams to support platform access, account configuration, wallet setup, and connectivity requirements.
  • Facilitate operational readiness for new products and services.
  • Support onboarding of clients across spot, custody, financing, lending, and future product offerings.

Process Management & Reporting

  • Maintain onboarding trackers, metrics, and management reporting.
  • Monitor onboarding cycle times and identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Assist in developing scalable onboarding procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on automation and client experience enhancement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Assist in launches of new products, jurisdictions, and service offerings requiring onboarding support.
  • Contribute to special projects related to digital asset infrastructure, custody, clearing, or client lifecycle management.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, operations, middle office, compliance, account management, or related financial services functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting institutional clients within capital markets, brokerage, prime brokerage, digital assets, fintech, or banking environments.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence processes.
  • Understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, custody, settlement, or blockchain technology.
  • Experience with futures, derivatives, clearing, or FCM onboarding processes.
  • Exposure to CRM, onboarding workflow, or case management systems.

Hiring Salary Range $70000-$100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered
