We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager / Owner's Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the client's trusted advisor and on-the-ground leader, managing large-scale commercial and mission critical projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead owner's representative and project management services throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Establish and manage master project schedules, critical path milestones, and execution strategy.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets including hard costs, soft costs, contingencies, and forecasting.
  • Oversee contractor procurement, bidding activities, GMP reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to drive design and permitting milestones.
  • Lead constructability reviews and value engineering efforts.
  • Manage general contractors, owner-direct vendors, and equipment suppliers throughout construction.
  • Direct change management, cost control, schedule analysis, risk mitigation, and issue resolution efforts.
  • Oversee QA/QC programs, document control processes, pay application reviews, and project reporting.
  • Lead project turnover, closeout, punch list completion, final accounting, and owner handoff activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of construction management, owner's representation, or project management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, energy, or heavy EP projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and final closeout.
  • Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, change management, and contractor oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Trade-based construction background with progressive field leadership experience strongly preferred.
