Full description

We're hiring a Product Manager to join our crew at QOCO Systems!

What if you could directly shape how airlines and engine manufacturers plan and run their maintenance operations?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and turn real aviation maintenance problems into software that is critical to making their maintenance processes more efficient. Your job is not to manage a feature factory or simply pass requests to engineering. It is to deeply understand our customers, make sharp prioritization calls and build things that actually matter.

You will work closely with our commercial team to decide which problems are worth solving, why they matter now, and how we will know we got it right.

Our products are already trusted by the likes of Finnair, Lufthansa and Rolls-Royce, with more leading names across global aviation. The market opportunity is proven and we are still early enough that the right person will have a real impact on where this goes. It is an exciting time to join.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the product outcomes: vision, direction, roadmap, backlog and priority decisions linked to company strategy and commercial opportunities
  • Run continuous discovery with airline & MRO customers to increase customer understanding and form strong product sense: join commercial engagements, observe real work, interview users and buyers and analyse product data
  • Create points of view, demos, prototypes, experiments and product bets by leveraging AI (Claude Design, Claude Code...) to visualize, communicate and validate value with customers prior to delivery
  • Leverage evidence, strategic fit, customer reach, commercial potential, risk, and effort to prioritize
  • Ensure the problems we solve and solutions we build scale across existing and new customers
  • Work daily with your product team to clarify direction, support with open questions and document releases and features

What we’re looking for

  • You may come from different backgrounds, but you recognise product management as the key discipline responsible for product outcomes. We expect:
  • Several years of product management experience in modern B2B SaaS, preferably serving industrial enterprise environments
  • A track record of shipping meaningful products with measurable customer and business value
  • Strong business acumen as you understand it’s PM decisions that make or break product growth and where we allocate our investments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in written and verbal (English) to engage with customers, internal stakeholders and product team
  • Strong discovery skills: customer interviewing, observation, problem framing, data analysis, hypothesis creation, prototyping, experimentation, and validation.
  • High on curiosity and taking ownership, to make product decisions and courage to challenge assumptions and say no with reasoning

Nice to have

  • Experience in one or many: aviation, airline TechOps, MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul), workforce planning, optimisation, or another safety-critical industry
  • Hands-on experience taking a product through the full lifecycle: from early discovery and customer validation through launch, adoption, and iterations to secure commercial growth
  • Experience working in a scale-up, an international customer environment, or a product-led organisation operating with a sales-driven go-to-market motion.

About QOCO

We build software that helps airlines and MRO organizations forecast, plan and optimize their maintenance operations. Our mission is to reduce aircraft downtime and help aviation teams make better decisions with their data. We are a fast-growing scale-up with a collaborative culture and real impact on an industry that keeps the world moving. Between 2021 and 2025 we more than doubled from 25 to over 65 people, and today our crew represents over 15 nationalities.

At QOCO, you’ll enjoy

  • Real ownership and impact in your work
  • An experienced, collaborative, and international development team
  • Opportunity to grow as the company grows
  • Scale-up energy with global customers
  • Performance that makes a difference is recognized and rewarded, not just appreciated
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work model
  • Great benefits: lunch & sport perks, occupational healthcare, 24/7 gym and free breakfast at the office

If aircraft, hangars, and the complexity behind keeping fleets flying spark your curiosity, we would love to hear from you.
